For faster service, we ask that you send us information about your event using this simple on-line form. In most cases, you will receive a quick response via e-mail. So, please make sure that your e-mail address is accurate. Submit your inquiry and then, after a period of time, check your e-mail. This information is required. Response to information submission is typically by e-mail. Please do not call prior to sending us the above requested information - we do not provide answers or any service without the requested information being provided first. How quickly can you expect a response? Usually, within 48 hours. During regular business hours, the response time is usually much shorter. We do not send unsolicited mail and so do not send us mass marketing e-mails. (We are very anti-spam.) We only ask for this information so that we can communicate with and serve you more efficiently. NB: Your budget must be US$5,000 or more -- with an additional budget for expenses, such as production, travel and lodging. If your budget is less than the minimum amount required for the appearance fee as indicated above, please do not use this form. We are unable to provide you with the services you need - and we sincerely wish you success as you seek services elsewhere. Attention: This is NOT a firm offer form – it is only a basic information submission form. Eventually, you will be invited to submit a firm offer to purchase artists' services. (We will provide the proper form for you at that time.) We do not offer artists' services at a fixed price. Buyers are invited to submit offers to purchase the services of the artist. We do not submit offers to you – you will be submitting offers to us. After submitting a firm offer, buyers will be required to send a 10-15% binder before we forward your offer. The buyer is required to make a commitment before the artist makes a commitment. If your offer is declined, 100% of the binder will be returned to you. If you are a buyer who requires that the artist commit to a date before you send a binder, we ask that you do not use this form and do not attempt to use our services. This is not a contract or an obligation. It is simply a request-for-information form.
